Shortening 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup Dill to season (optional) 1/3 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt Brown chops in shortening, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix together beans, soup, milk, salt and dill in a 2-quart baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. VARIATION: Instead of celery soup, use cream of celery or cheese soup. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pumpkin Bars from MMooky Yields 12 pieces. 3/4 cup almond flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 eggs 1 cup brown sugar twin or splenda 2/3 cup canned pumpkin 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup nuts In a bowl beat eggs and splenda. Add oil and mix until combined. Then add the dry sifted ingredients together with the pumpkin and nuts. Pour in 1/4 sheet (12 " x 8 " ) greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and frost, if desired.
