For anyone who doesnt have this site its pretty good...

Welcome to all you newbees...congrats to all that have lost....

Its a bit warm in my place tonight... have to have all the windows shut

because the 'copters are spraying the mesquitos (sp?) , 1 person has died

here from it. ... my landlord just painted the floor of my porch today, and

then he proceeded to spill the paint on the kitchen floor, which he then

cleaned up with kerosene... so the windows have to remain shut, and it

smells like an old flue/ (sp?) in here and my crockpot just blew a fuse.. oh

well.. guess its time for me to have some creamcheese pudding with

rediwhip...yaaay..La

THAT IT WAS SURPRISINGLY GOOD.

DON'T LET THE INGREDIENTS SCARE YOU OFF!

1 3-OZ BAG OF PLAIN FRIED PORK RINDS, LIGHTLY CRUSHED

2 EGGS

1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM

1/2 CUP WATER

PUT THE LIGHTLY CRUSHED PORK RINDS IN THE DISH AND POUR THE LIQUID OVER IT.

TURN ON THE OVEN (350*) AND THE LET THE CASSEROLE SIT WHILE IT PREHEATS, AS

THE PORK RINDS ABSORB THE LIQUID.

SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON.

BAKE FOR 30-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE TOP IS LIGHTLY BROWNED.

TASTES BEST WARM.

VARIATIONS: FOR A FRUITY FLAVOR, REPLACE SOME OF THE SWEETENER WITH

SUGAR-FREE JELLO POWDER),
