Leo Galland, M.D. writes in his book, Power Healing, about autonomic

dysregulation. He says that if you have no swirls on your

fingerprints this is a sign that your autonomic nervous system was

damaged in utero since your fingerprints develop at the same time in

utero as your autonomic nervous system. You should have at least one

swirl, not all loops. His recommendation is regular exercise. I

realize that not all metal toxic/autonomically damaged people can

exercise. I wasn't able to until my second round of chelation.

I have no idea if his theory has any truth to it, but I have found

personally that being very persistant and consistant with exercise

has helped regulate my adrenals and has helped with autonomic

dysregulation tremendously. I always have to start very slowly and

work my way up at my own pace. I do have one swirl.
