several months ago I called the Dr that signed my husbands and asked for him

to submit the correct info for his death certif. from the autopsy report....he

was very willing to do so...I will check soon to see if it was done

.......original cause of death said organic brain disease or some such

I just spoke with the Vital Statistics board here in Colorado today. All

one needs to do is to approach the attending physician at death with the

autopsy report and request that he/she file an amended death certificate.

Now that we have the report, Mom and I will make an appointment with Dad's

doctor and get on with it.
