I thought since some people,

thought it important enough to post messages from the BSE list, about

[Hunkering down in the APHIS BSE situation room], but did not post my

original message. I thought it would be benficial to post the original

message to the BSE List which started the thread. I posted it several

weeks ago, and Mr. Schmitt the List Manager, posted it, to my surprise.

No one thought it important enough, to post the origianl message to

voice, so here it is........... I have deleted the original message,

but here it is in duplicate, one with my sarcastic remarks and one

without///
