Am is such a rush the am... but had to post this

THANKS to whoever orig. sent this receipe...

just made it ... was eating it while the next one was cooking... (I know

thats not good but was VERY hungry)... and with this woe... used only half

the mixture... amazing how this does not make me want to eat and eat..

Cream Cheese Pancakes/

1 8oz block philly cream chees (8c)... soften

2-3 eggs (1 car?)... I used 2

1 tsp. vanilla

1 Tblsp soy powder/ or flour (abt 2 c) I used soy powder

* wonder if I can use the Atkins or another choc./van. shake mix... will

have to try and let you know..

3 tsp equiv. AS

Mix together and fry in butter (I use oil - cant stand butter frying)

Filling

1/2 c ricotta cheese (4c)

1 koolaid unsweetened Wildberry tea (use use A LITTLE- it goes a loooong

way) to taste

sweetener to taste I used 3 pk SUgar twein

OH... and I didn't have ricotta cheese so i mixed 50/50 sour cream and

creamcheese..

Spred on pancakes..

I made one at a time... the size of of a med/sm pancake.. when it looks sorta

dry on top. flip...

Am in such a rush now... that I ate them wihile I was making them...have only

20 min. now to take shower and pick up mom for her apt. at 10.45...

But they were great...

Oh.. and I tried to make them the size of a crepe... but the break ... so

make them like a little pancake.
