well, heads are rolling and the #@$(#)$* is flying.

Turns out the Super of Schools called the principal of 's school (she

was OUT OF STATE at some sort of principal's conference) and she flew home

late last night to deal with this issue. She did not give me any more

specifics other than the PE teacher is not in class today (I hope this will

turn out that he is placed on administrative leave). SHe also told me that

she was calling a meeting today with every one of 's teachers and

that the Super of Schools would be there to deal with the OTHER issue (yes,

there is more I didnt go into) of the consistent and well-documented

noncompliance of the 504 plan as it relates specifically to his ADHD. She

was appalled at some of the things the asst principal told me and I would

not be surprised if he did not return next year, either. She apologized

profusely and certainly she appreciates the gravity of the entire situation

and is falling all over herself to assure me that it will be corrected and

corrected TODAY. I honestly felt sorry for her at the same time thinking,

well, it should have been corrected 6 months ago.

in any case, the rogue PE teacher putting my kid and his G-tube on a

wrestling mat and re-directed him twice back to it -- THAT will not happen

again. I hope he never teaches again. I'll keep you updated.

I keep giggling to myself that all these people are going to lose their

breakfast Sunday morning when they see us plastered all over the front page.

Wish I could be FLY ON THE WALL!!! It's even better that the story was

written WELL before all this happened --
