having some problems

Well Thursday i got into some sugar at school. I just have this really

hard time resisting when they bring in the sweet products and leave them

on the counter in the faculty lunchroom. This cake's icing was so

delicious looking. So I ate some. Of course I didn't stop with one

slice. I just made that my big cheat I figured. But then later in the

day my willpower was nill. I was rushing around and really didn't get a

decent supper. I ended up getting into some Nestle's bars that I had

bought to give the kids at school. Nestle bars USED to be my favorite

candy but they tasted yucky. Stupid me kept eating another one like it

was going to taste rich and creamy or something. So I got up yesterday

morning feeling tired and out of sorts and grumpy. So then at lunch I

was upset because I didn't get enough lettuce and was still hungry. So I

ate a half a bagel with tuna on it (the bagel was delicious I will

admit) and then got into more cake. But last night I finally decided

this had to stop. I was eating stuff but other than the bagel not

enjoying it. I kept looking for more and I was craving things I haven't

had in a couple of months like chips and stuff. But last night I really

wanted steak for dinner. So for the last 24 hours I have been back on

program. And I feel much better tonight. Luckily I am in ketosis too.

Good for you . You had your cheat day for October. Now you can

get right back on & stay on the program.
