Guest guest Posted October 26, 1999 Report Share Posted October 26, 1999 Ive been on this diet since October 4th. I have done really well with no cheats but I am so fed up. I can't force 64oz of ANYTHING in my body a day let alone water. I'm sick of eating eggs meat and cheese everyday. I'm sick of the stalls, i'm sick of the way I feel tired all day and my lack of energy. I could really use a pep talk because I fear I'm about to ditch this way of life if I keep thinking like this. ... I felt the same way when I was about 3 weeks in. I'm now 2 months into this WOE and those " I can't stand eggs,meat,etc. " feelings have pretty much gone away. I wouldn't say I really want to eat them, but I can eat them without feeling like I'm going to gag. I did find that by adding veggies and a bite of fruit here and there did wonders. Of course, you can only do that if the one bite does not create all kinds of cravings! And try out some of the low carb recipes posted here - that helps. The pumpkin cheescake is really good - tastes just like pumpkin pie without the crust! Anyway - hang in there! It gets better!
