I eat peanuts, pork rinds, Atkins Bar, Cream cheese/jello dessert, redi whip,

cheese, microwaved cheese crisps, deviled eggs, just to name a few.

I have been hungary for the last 2 days. My TOM as past so its not that. Do

you think that I am not eatting enough protein? I have my 3 meals a day and

start with a good breakfast. Eggs and a meat. I am looking for snack all day.

Legal of course. Any Ideas what I can do. I have been staying on this woe but

just want to loss the quest for food again. HELP!!! ps Somebody is sending the

whole journal with their replies again.
