Guest guest
Debi- Welcome!!!!! I am soo glad you found this list! There is alot of inspriration on this list... it really helps me stay focused! I truly believe this WOE (way of eating) can work for you! And you WILL start to feel better.. and believe it or not.. you WILL lose those cravings! As for the bacon.. yes there are brands out there with no sugar. I buy the Spartan brand.. and its great. Matter of fact my hubby and I had bacon and eggs for dinner last night! Yum! There are cough drops that are sugar free. ... someone help me out here to what kind are.. I cant remember! Do you have your computer right there where you can use it most of the day? Well... here's an idea.. if you get the urge to splurge.. and 'cheat' on the woe.. let us know.. and we'll get your mind off it. This has been a great way for me to stick with it. I'm on line at work and this keeps me from munching all day! Definately read the book if you havent yet. There are some great things in there! Have a great day! Mollie 177/167/162/166/140..... still trying!

Guest guest
Hi Mollie! Yes, I have my computer at my fingertips. I'm actually more than house bound, I'm virtually bed ridden. I can walk (by holding on to the furniture and counter) to the bathroom and back and that's it. My computer is on a rolling desk and the keyboard and mouse are on 6 ft cables so I can use my computer from my place on the bed. I used to sit at the end of the bed to use the computer but the way I had to sit was causing too much pain. My poor sweet wonderful husband has to do everything for us. . .for now. I'm looking so forward to sharing each new triumph with you guys!! It shouldn't be too long before I can get back to doing at least a few things to help out around here! I've read the first 10 chapters of the Atkins book. . I was going to wait till near the end of the Induction to start reading the rest. Thank you for the warm welcome. I am really excited about this WOE and this list! Hugs, Debi At 10:52 AM 10/11/1999 -0400, you wrote: > > >Debi- >Welcome!!!!! I am soo glad you found this list!
