Hubby went away for a week-hunting-as he does once a year. So I always have a " Girl's Night " . My daughter and I invite our friends over (Girl's only) for food, fun and weepy girl movies (the ones the guys don't like to watch). We always have tons of junk food but I planned good so I would stay on this WOE. My contribution was Crystal Light lemonade, Diet Coke, Water (of course), Chicken wings with Blue cheese dressing, a cheesy fondue with bread (for others), brocolli, celery and mini hotdogs for dipping. I avoided the chips, popcorn, goldfish crackers, chocolate chip brownies, chex mix, upside down cake, like the plague. I did have one teaspoonful of ice cream. And didn't even crave more!! I do have leftovers now but my daughter will help out with those. Except for the brownies because they have nuts in them, so she won't eat them. And since hubby is out of town until the weekend, I guess they will be going to work with me tomorrow. I feel just being prepared helps keep me on track. My jeans that were so tight a month ago, that I could not even bend over to tie my shoes, feel so loose as I sit here that I think someone could drop a baseball down the back of them.
