potassium, revisited!

OK, all this potassium talk and the cramps in my legs

made me do a little research. Findings....

Of the things we are allowed to eat, some freely, some in

moderation, the following items are good sources of pot

assium:

all seaweed(yum!) asparagus bamboo shoots brocolli

brusselsprouts cabbage celery cauliflower cress

pumpkin crookneck squash zucchini
