Guest guest
I just want to be sure...Do I have to follow the Induction plan or do I just eat meat to my hearts content and around 20g carbs a day? Or should I follow exactly what Dr. A says to eat the first 14 days? M.

Guest guest
ProScore 100 choc. It's not THAT thick,. It's not an MRP (think concrete when it's spreadable). Depending on the ice you add, it can be as thick as a frosty, or thinner. Thin is desirable at first when you're a teensy baby OR just because you like it that wail. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. I know y'all will soon be tired of my questions.... but I will promise you ... I learn! LOL I just made an order for several flavors and brands of protein samples (THANK YOU VITALADY!!) Many of them were described as " watery, " " thin " and a little thicker than milk. Is there a plus to having a thinner drink? Is thick not as good? If thick is permissible... is there a brand that is recommended? TIA!!!Kathy _______________________________________________ No banners. No pop-ups. No kidding. Guest guest
It's the name. Pure Whey Stack. OK, why Stack? Yes, I did point out that it was a silly name. They love it when I call, can you tell? LOL! Because you're sposta STACK it with other products they sell, specifically endurance type products. It doesn't apply to us usually, if you go into competitive athletics or sports, THEN you'd be very interested in it. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
Kathy, It is all a matter of preference. Some don't like the thick and vice versa. I like them thick and make them thicker by added things to the shakes. You will just need to find what works for you.
