Ok, I've read and reread the book. Some questions remain

1) Carbohydrates turn to glucose, excess to fat. Protein

releases amino acids, and about 58% acts as do carbohydrates

Why doesn't fat turn to fat???? Am I missing something here?

2)I started taking potassium supplements and got diarhea. Is

there something about potassium that would cause this effect? I

noticed a few of you mentioned you'd rather not take pot. supp-

lements...why?

3) Must our daily allotment of carbs be spread out over the day?I'm

on week 3, so I'm up to 25gm/day....can I have 2 at breakfast, 2 at lunch,

and 21 at dinner? Does this affect anything?

4) Do the writers who suggest a quart of water three times a day have

to work for a living? I'm ready to run to potty marathon!! :)
