Hi my name is ,

I have been doing low carb for 2

months now and have lost 12 lbs.

I am now actually in a weight that

is fine for my height and bone

structure. I weigh 148 but would

like to weigh 140. I do excersice

5X a week, I do taebo 2X and weights

3X. My goal now is to be really toned

whether or not I actually lose

anymore weight is irrelevant to me

now. The inches are what matters.

I used to be the queen of low fat,

I worked out all the time and I

never lost a lb in 2 years. I than

heard about low carb and decided

to give it a try, I did a mix of

atkins and protein power....no

induction and deduct fiber,also

no fruit. I cant beleive it came off

so easy and how well my body is

taking to working out now. I still

dont go over 20-30 grams a day and

dont feel deprived. Well sorry for

being so long.
