Does anyone know how to get off this list? At first,

things applied to me. But now, nothing does. Any help

would be appreciated. Thanks and good luck!

Thanks Phyllis. Do you know what company makes it so I can see if someone

local in Cherry Hill area carries it?

THanks.

Shana, Sharon and Diane-

I have bad news. The store is having trouble getting the popped rice due to

a back order. The people know all about AJ's condition and that popped rice

Sharon,

Please give our best when you see him next week (I'm sure he'll

recall a family with mom and 5 sons with EE). I'll be calling him soon

about the Kod-man.

Also, did you get Clayton on all those foods at KKI? That is one thing I am

really torturing myself over, whether or not to take Kody there. They just

don't know what is causing his problems and think it is more

pseudo-obstruction at this point, but I just wonder if they could help us

find a food or anything that he could tolerate... I may be pulling at straws

at this point. If we don't find something soon, this TPN will shorten his

time with us. The longer you go without taking anything through your GI

tract, the harder it gets to re-start it.

Just wondering really what you thought of the place, as it would definitely

be MY pushing to get him there; the docs are not as excited about anything

like that working in his case.

It sounds like a good start. dose his body need to get used to eating? is

that why he dosn't eat much right now?

No that is about all we can get into him. We have to feed him for 25 minutes

- bite by bite. If he is given the choice to eat he won't. It is like he had

no hunger pains and he really does not enjoy eating with the exception of a

few limited candies that we give him or potato chips (Wise brand only).

This reminds me a lot of the way BJ is. Given half the chance, he will just

throw his food away without taking a bite. We have to watch him like a

hawk. I give him snacks during the day and when I turn around he throws

them away. I can't understand not having hunger pains.

BTW, he is scheduled for an endoscopy and colonscopy on Wednesday.

effects of many years of steroid use, sigh!))
