go to the following web address:

From here, you'll either have to enter your e-mail address and password, or

you'll get the Member center screen. One you enter your e-mail and password, you

also get to the member center screen. You should see a list of ONElist mailing

lists you're subscribed to and an Unsubscribe link for eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Click

this link and follow resulting instructions.

If you've forgotten your password (as I do all the time), you can have it mailed

to your e-mail address. Simply follow the instructions on-screen.
