I have not been losing well and have been on induction level still. Do you think actually increasing carbs might help? Or did I misunderstand you? THanks. I know a gal on another list who is at what I would call starvation level. She has cut way down on the fat and is eating about 10 carbs a day. Maybe that is why she is not losing. But maybe that has been part of my problem too. I never went off of induction level. But now this makes sense to me.
