staying on induction level

Penny,

Do I have this straight? You stayed on induction and think that is

what caused your stall? I have not been losing well and have been on

induction level still. Do you think actually increasing carbs might

help? Or did I misunderstand you?

Penny, that's incredible! See that proves to me that we have to be

eating ENOUGH. I know a gal on another list who is at what I would call

starvation level. She has cut way down on the fat and is eating about 10

carbs a day. Maybe that is why she is not losing. But maybe that has

been part of my problem too. I never went off of induction level. But

now this makes sense to me. I have felt that I needed the evening

vegetable but was not eating anything but a salad with my protein.
