CJD Voice profiles are kept on a database already. We've got about 300

cases within the Voice network. I can tell you that what you are proposing

to do is a MAJOR undertaking and will never end as far as updates. Also

perhaps far more time intensive than the Watch site. the stats page on the

Voice homepage is done from excel.. if that helps. liz

This Watch page will be more interesting to researchers than anyone else, it

has to be done well, and thoroughly, that is important. So, may take time,

You also might want to either look into buying a new version of Excel that

has the HTML capability otherwise you'll have to download a freeware that will

convert the spreadsheet for you. At present the Voice stats page is done

manually and usually takes me about 4 full days to calculate and proof the

info. (I still have the older version of Excel without the HTML capability ;(

I have the new version, with the HTML function. Tom said it is too heavy when

I load. I am attempting to load only the table of Excel into my directory so

I will have more contral, this new version has both functions available. Only

it is not recognizing the code given. I am doing something wrong. I will

learn. He is correct, it is so heavy, it slows down my 300+mz......
