Hi. Way back on October 2nd, I applied for SSI for AJ. We have had many

correspondences back and forth. The latest being, they have a speech eval

set up for her in two weeks and two doc appts the following day.

Coincidently, I have a speech eval set up for this Monday. I don't want to

upset the SSI people, but I was wondering if any of your kids have had to go

to SSI docs? They can't accept my speech eval?? AJ is good with

docs--after she gets to know them. Two strange docs in one visit, in a

strange setting is not going to sit too well with her. I just don't want to

get her anxious for the docs we have to go to. Thanks for any input.

We never had to go to their docs but had to supply them with all of BJ's

records. Then we were denied several times and had to wait to go to court and

finally won.
