Guest guest Posted November 8, 1999 Report Share Posted November 8, 1999 hi there everybody! hope you're all having a great monday so far. i have a question about these melba snacks. for a serving of 5 pieces there are 9 grams of carbs and 1 gram of fiber. is that good for a cracker or is there a better choice out there? i get up at 4am for work and don't have too much time to cook anything and don't want to use the blender that early and wake hubby by making an atkins shake. i enjoy spreading cream cheese on these crackers and find that 5 of them really fill me up. thanks for your help! kyki 210/202/150 (10/25/99) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
