" In other words, if you workout and then take a break the muscles remember where you left off and you can get back to that point quicker the next time around. Does that make sense? Have you ever heard that? I am just the opposite as you. I have to talk myself into doing the weight training. I don't mind going in the morning so much, but I hate going in the evening when it is really crowded. As for cardio that is my favorite, aerobics, spin, step, whatever...a good instructor makes a world of difference too. Best of luck to you Celia! Hey, I have a non-weight training question for you. This will need to be answered by Chef Celia! ) I have been eating celery lately. Some of it is good, but most of it is very, very bitter. The celery I eat at restraunts is always mild tasting. Is there a way to get rid of the bitterness? Do I need to soak the celery? Please give me some suggestions...I hate biting into the bitter pieces!!! Thanks so much! Guest guest
I am deeply hoping my muscles remember all i've done for them.....:-) As far as the celery thing goes, i am stumped. I usually only eat the heart parts: the real middle, but i've never read anything about soaking and bitterness....sorry......... Celia > I have also heard that muscles have " memory.
