Guest guest
Hello everyone! I joined this list last week and am truly learning alot. Either you break it down alot better than the book, or it is from trial and error. Whatever the reason, I truly appreciate all the information you are sharing. Now for a question. Alot of recipes call from protein powder. I went to GNC and saw ALOT of choices. So many that I was overwhelmed. I am a bread - crunchy - junky. I need to bake some bread or biscuits. I love all the recipes but am truly confused. Can anyone recommend a brand that GNC sells? Cheap preferably (gg). They seemed to run from $19 to $49 each. I did buy soy baking mix ??? I think. It had a recipe for biscuits on it. I figured that was a start. Thanks in advance. Patti 260/232/230 230 by 11-1-99 Re: weight loss/way of life >From: TLLOVESHIM@... > > > ><< . Guest guest
I found that the Twinlab veggie fuel is more for you r money and cost the same as atkins mix.,. There is no strong after taste with it. --- Evers patti1628@...> wrote: > Hello everyone! > > I joined this list last week and am truly learning > alot.
