Dental Inst. do touch nerves

, dental instruments do touch nerves when they drill into a tooth and hit

the nerve, or when they remove the nerve from a tooth during a root canal. Last

root canal I had,

I asked the dentist for a brand new set of tools to be used in cleaning the

nerve out of the tooth. He willingly complied as he knows that I do not believe

he can sterilize his

tools in case they are contaminated with prions. I have emailed the National

Association of Dentists on this and never recieved a response. Mel in SLC
