Hi ,

Thanks so much for your input. I can't say that I feel any better yet. I get

light headed and a little jittery but think that will pass. I just eat too much

and I'll try the glass of water thing. I just

keep thinking I'll feel better if I just eat a little something. I have lowered

my insulin tho. Will try to keep it at -10 units am and 5units pm. So that's

better.

I have a lot to lose too and I know it will be a " long row to hoe " as they say.

I hope we both have much success on this. Will keep you posted on my progress.

My daughter has been on this for about 6wks and seems to be doing pretty good.

Will be watching to see how you progress.
