NEW YORK TIMES on Tue, CNN UPDATE

Hello Sheryl and all - called CNN Tue, 2/16 and they said they have not had time

to put the story together, they have been too busy with the Olympic scandal and

the Presidential

trial. Will keep bugging them and can hopefully have a few days notice.

Also supposed to have an article in the New York Times Tuesday,. 2/23. Don't

know how big it will be as the reporter said she is having to cut it down to

fit. She has done some

good research, and I believe she will concentrate on the CWD aspects. I called

her twice this week, last was time this morning, and we are just playing tele

tag. will post a

note if I hear anything positive.

Utah thinks they will get their paper work done and CJD made reportable in early

summer. There will be a comment period, so I may ask for supporting letters

when that time
