Guest guest Posted October 15, 1999 Report Share Posted October 15, 1999 I have found from other weight loss programs as well as this one, that once your body starts getting extra water, it starts to need the extra so your thirst increases to meet that need. Now I just drink whenever I am thirsty. I don't measure how much water I am getting a day but I know that it is a lot. I have a Britta pitcher and I think I fill that thing about 4 times a day or more. I carry a water bottle with me where ever I go and if I forget it, I can sure tell.
