First in answer to ? from Penny I have had many very slow times on this WOE

I only keep track of the new lower # on the scale either by writing down the

date and the new # or on a graph. This really helps me to focus on the

overall success and not the daily ups and downs. Also, I live in a small

town and people are always coming up to me and commenting about all the

weight I have lost even though I haven't lost any in several months.

If you get tired of Eggs and Meat for Breakfast and would like Cooked Cereal

ExpertFoods has a product called NotCereal that is very good. It is

powdered egg whites with vegatable gums added. If you would like to do

cooked cereal without ordering this here is a recipe I invented several

years ago.

Put all of the following ingredients in a blender: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage

cheese, 2 tbsp oat bran or wheat bran. Blend until smooth. pour into a

microwave safe dish with enough room for cereal to double in size. Cook on

medium high in microwave for about 1 minute. Using a fork move the set

portions from the outside edges to the center of the dish. cook an

additional minute till all of mixture is set. Sprinkle 1 pkt AS and some

cinnimon on top. You can also pour 1 or 2 tbsp cream on top. Eat and

enjoy!!
