Thanks Steph, I know she has a definite smaller chance of having EG (even though

our GI doc will not agree with me on this). Even in my reading, it says that EG

generally has a male preference. Although, we know there are girls who have it.

My ob doc is hoping I make it to October 15th. That is the deadline he gave me.

I have been hospitalized twice for labor. Right now, I am 24 weeks and this is

the very earliest they said I could deliver and give her any chance of

surviving. I am trying to make it to the October 15th deadline. That would

make her 31 weeks and that is right around when BJ was born. Girls also tend to

do a lot better in the NICU breathing.

It's a girl!! Just thought I would let everyone know. I had a

comprehensive ultrasound (where they measure everything) Friday and everything

seems fine.

Thanks Jen! I think I have finally gotten excited. We went shopping

Congratulations Dawn! Though certainly not a definite, the chances are much

much slimmer of EG with girl! I note you already have named her too! You are

on the ball! That due date is a little tenuous. May be a Very Merry Christmas

at your house.
