Hello everyone,

I'm on day 4 of the induction diet. Did anyone else suffer from

indigestion during that time or does anyone suffer from it still? Should I

be concerned with it? ly I was surprised I didn't get indigestion

right at the beginning because fatty foods alwasy seemed to do that to me

before, but it didn't start until yesterday afternoon. I didn't even want

to eat dinner because of it. What do you guys use for indigestion? I

normally take a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in about 4 oz of water but is

that allowed on Atkins?

I'm really kinda worried about the indigestion. . . someone tell me it will

clear up and all will be well! Please. . .

Also, where does wine fit in the Atkins plan? My wine bottle doesn't list

any ingredients. Is it allowed after induction? Wine is something else I

use for indigestion. Two medium sized sips works wonders. (Also good for

upset (nauesous sp?) tummy.

Warmly,

Debi

500+?/??/200<--We'll see how it goes from there)
