Hugs Penny---Ohio 173/158/130 to be honest with you i have no idea how it came off so fast, the first 30 was off in 2 weeks it was like amazing.... i was eating eggs, cheese bacon ham etc for breakfast, hamburgwer and a small salad for lunch a glass of grapefruit juice in the morning, ( my doctor told me it cleanses your liver) but only like 6 ounces upon awakening.... at night i would have steak, fish, chicken broiled or grilled or pork chops a cup of like dark green veggies and lots and lots of water, and i also used lemon in my water ALOT to give it a different taste, sometimes i would do the shakes between meals....or for bvreakfast it was hard making myself eat i got to where i wanst hungry but god i felt good!!!!! then i would let myself have a day a week to cheat so i didnt feel like i was dieting... the last 30 took about a month then family problems arose and i have been doing it offf and on for about the last 4 months or so ive really been back on it now for about 3 weeks and have probably lost... 15 lbs ( havent weighed just can tell in my clothes) but i still feeel FATTTTTTT my starting weight was 303 but its nice being able to wear XL things instead of XXX or XX large... i bought my hubby a jacket in CA last week while i was on vacation never even though of it fitting me, put it on the other day and it fit i was like WOW! anyway enough rambling lol I just need more motivation im ready to excersize gonna start my Gym Monday so maybe that will help with it becoming winter time etc..... so thats my story lol sorry about it being so long ) Christi 303/240 Current ( not sure) goal / 150 ish Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
