Hi Amy:

I talked with on several occasions recently. We discussed some issues

involving Matt. She and I will stay in touch. She and Matt are always in our

thoughts and prayers.

Would you like to try the digest version of CJD Voice email? Daily emails

are condensed into one single mailing. Please let me know if you would like to

try that.

Dolly

Unfortunately at this time I am unable to keep up with all of the mail that is

on CJDvoice. I would like to request that my name be removed from the list at

this time. I want to thank all of you that have educated our family about

CJD, and especially the person who is responsible for posting the newspaper

articles from around the world. Is there a way to read the posting when it

is convenient, but not have them sent to your personal E-mail?

My 42-year-old brother-in-law Matt can no longer communicate, but is still

walking. After a short time in the hospital where they adjusted his

medication from Haldol to Rispritol, Trazadone and Paxdil he is no longer

crying and agitated. He was so tormented on Haldol. I know this sounds awful

to most people, but we all hope for a speedy end to his ordeal. I think we

know Matt well enough before he got sick to know he would not want to be like

this.

Nancie my thoughts are with you. Keep strong.

Amy
