Sue-

not sure if anyone told you (have 45 more emails to get through this

a.m.) - but light has 3.5 carbs per can. Just add them in to

your daily count.. HOWEVER.. alcohol slows down your metabolism and some

people experience stalls if they drink it everyday.. i find one day

aweek is fine for me... even 2 sometimes.
