I also saw you message about having a hard time getting into ketosis and wondering if it is Aspartame. I have heard alot of people say too much can stall them, and I was planning to cut back on mine too. I use it in my decaf, but absolutely don't want to have to give that up! Then I started adding a little more fat into my diet, and poof! I'm in ketosis! Without giving up my coffee/koolaid. Now, YMMV, but I think I was eating too much salad (left over low-fat mindset)! So now I try to have pepperoni or sausage every day, and it's taken care of itself. After 2 weeks in a row of only loosing 1 pound, I lost 3 last week!
