Hi all,

Congrats to all those who are losing and welcome to the newcomers!

Mollie - I believe most hard liquors have no carbs. I found a page on the

web that had many lists of all the different foods - I will see if I can

find it for you. I've been having rum and diet coke whenever I want some

alcohol. I'd really like a nice cold beer though!

Penny - I've been trying to cut back on the diet coke lately too. For a long

time I was down to 2 a day, but that has definitely gone back up! I do find

though that I have to cut back gradually or I get headaches (maybe

psychological since I don't think it has that much cafeine and the cafeine

doesn't really affect me - or should I say it doesn't keep me awake, because

I do go through withdrawal when I stop). Anyway, you might want to consider

not going cold turkey down to one.

Has anyone tried stevia? I got some, but am unsure of how to use it.
