Doing the Happy dance here. Down 3 and 1/2 since last Tuesday. That

makes 5 and 1/2 in the last week and half. Penny, I think the idea

about not restricting the carbs so much is one of the things that

helped. Thanks. (but I am not including the one half in my stats at the

bottom cause it looks funny *LOL*)
