HEY DEBI!!

I just want to say......YOU go girl!!

you sound as if you have a pretty good attitude about this new start and that

is worth a million in this battle.

This is a wonderful list I have decided.

I don't know about answers to all the contents questions, but I think to

start with you should just do what you can and work on the details as you go.

If you let all the little details worry you too too much you will be more

likely to give up than to keep with it. I would basically stick to the

items that you do consume for starters. I imagine somewhere there are

products that are safe to use for the items you mentioned but don't you dare

give up even if you can't find the best. Just do the best you can and take

care of the rest when you can.

Here is to all of us!! we got the plan now.

PS...have you been checked to make sure that you do not have any

underlying diseases/illness that would prevent you from being able to lose

without treatment. For example...I have hypothyroidism...without my daily

pill I could just about go without eating at all and still maintain my

weight. a lot of things can be checked with a simple blood test.
