190.5#!!! Down 2.5#'s!!!

Hey gang. I am trying to be more active on this list. I have been on this

WOL since late June and have lost 27.5 lbs. I have been yo-yoing for the past

several months. Up a pound, down 2, up 3, etc. So I decided to join Sue and all

of you in the " challenge " . My goal for Oct. 31 is 185. I think I may finally be

starting on a downward spiral. This morning I weighed in at 190.5#. That is

down 2.5 lbs, I think, since I started the " challenge " . (I forgot to note the

date and my weight when I made my big decision .) I am really anxious to

break that 190 mark. Maybe tomorrow (keeping fingers crossed).

I really enjoy this list. I have belonged to others and left them because

they weren't " friendly " enough. Too strict and lots of " snippy " remarks. I feel

like I chose to join this list and like it just the way that it is. Sure, it

generates a lot of mail, and a lot of it is not " exactly " on topic. But that is

the way I like it. If I didn't like it, rather than try to change it, I would

find a list more suited to my needs. Thanks Sue for keeping the list just the

way it is.
