Can someone please tell me what the FAN conference is/was? How were you

FAN is short for the Food Allergy Network. You can visit their website at

www.foodallergy.org. They are a wonderful resource for people with food

allergies.

FAN holds annual conferences which are open to the public. The conferences

are meant to educate and update on the lastest food allergy information.

Lynda and I attended the conference in Baltimore earlier this month. There

are four conferences this year. Baltimore, Conneticut, Chicago and I beleive

San Diego.

Dr. Wood spoke at Baltimore but Hugh Sampson will be speaking at some

of the other conferences.
