Guest guest
Good Morning All: I received some disturbing news last night. My granddaughter Amy is in her early 20's has symptoms that my husband had with CJD. Now I know we, who have experienced CJD, have a tendency to go around " hunting " little " demons " that may or may not be CJD. But I will share these episodes with you anyway. She was going out of a store carrying her son nearly 2 years old. She fell and discribed it this way. She did not know what happened, sh3e was walking out of the door and the nezt thing she knew she was on the ground. (her legs just wouldn.t hold her up) If this was the only time it would not be so alarming. But later in the week, this happened again in her kitchen. Lasr night my other granddaughter, Amy's sister called to ask me to pray. It seems that Amy ad called her crying. She got angry at her husband and told him to leave and then could not remember what she got angry about. She cofessed that she can't remember things any more. She worries about the laundry, the bills (that are paid), She can't remember where she's going, or where she has been. These are just some of the things she was able to tell. By the way her husband came back. He said he KNEW something was really wrong this is certainly not like Amy. Amy cried and said, " What's wrong with me,please tell me, what's wrong with me " . She went to the hospital last Friday after the 2nd fall. The did all kinds of tests and found nothig abnormal. BP slightly elevated, but not high. She was sent back on Saturday for EEG. There has been no REPORT yet. Some of you " Medical people " am I wrong to be alarmed? Thanks for your input. Betty By the way this is not pertaining to Amy. I got some of my husbands merical records I found Heparin many many times. What does HEP-Loc mean? Does this have anything to do with Heparin? I saw the word..effusion or infusion several times. I have no earthly idea what ay of these things mean. I am still reading the records so I may come up with more words. Thanks so much for your help.
