Guest guest Posted October 8, 1999 Report Share Posted October 8, 1999 Today for lunch (i really wasnt that hungry) i ate 3 crackers smothered with cream cheese and then i put crab (real crab) salad on top... they were yummy and VERY filling.. and... to all of you that 'need more fiber' in their diets to stay regular.. i cant tell you how much these crackers have helped that! i'm suppose to be taking psyllium cause I have irritable bowel syndrome.. no need to any more.. mol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
