Have you tried to measure yourself?? Alot of times when you think your

stalled if you measure you will find that you are losing inches. so measure,

I do my bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves and my upper and lower arms, hope

this helps

like you my scale only went to 290 but when I

first started it wen around for the second time and

i was about 310 so that is what i say I start as.

Some grocery store have computerized scale you can use

I live on the east coast we have a store named

shoprite that has it. Or you can guesstamate how

much you are with the scale you have and watch it go

down after about 2 1/2 months into the WOL I changed

and bought a digital scale instead of the standard

type;.
