Quick & Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Melt about 2 tbsp butter in pot on low heat Crumble

8oz package of Soy Tempeh in pot. Stir tempeh into

butter, cook until butter is absorbed Stir in 3 oz of

velveeta until melted

Makes about 3 servings.

Per serving:

Calories: 279

Fat: 18 g

Sat Fat: 10 g

Cholest: 46 mg

Sodium: 506 mg

Carbs: 9g

Fiber: 5g
