what happened to everyone?

Hi all, is it my imagination or has everyone else noticed this. When I

joined this list over a month ago, it was not uncommon to receive over 100 or

more emails a day, and I loved the support and sharing we all did. But, in

the last week, I have noticed there is not much traffic. I am only getting

30 emails a day from this list and it just seems to me, not as many are

contributing. Or maybe I am just not receiving all the email I should be

getting. Has onelist fixed their problem?

oh well, this has been a bad week for me. I think the halloween candy is all

gone, finally, I ate my share, and I am out of ketosis. So, it has been a

weird diet, here I have been drinking the water, eating meat, and candy, what

a combination ... and yes, I do not feel good, more tired, etc. I even gave

in to jelly doughnuts my husband brought home for a group that was coming to

our house, but only a few people showed up, so we had lots of doughnuts left

over, and I dug in.

shame on me,,, I know better. I need to go back on induction asap.
