That's 4 pounds down from my last weigh (2 weeks ago). Seeing those numbers drop again is a sure lift for my attitude! I'm stuck at this 165 mark. Getting frustrated as usual, but trying. My Oct. 31st number isnt going to happen i'm afraid.
