Too many veggies?

Hi!

I finally bought keostiks and I tested today and I am not in ketosis. I

reread the book and think I have been overdoing the veggies. I think I still

have the " diet " mentality and when I snack reach for celery sticks rather

than cheese sticks. :)

Also I am finishing up an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Could that effect

my going into ketosis? Or cause a " false " reading?

My meals are: breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 pcs. bacon,

lunch: meat or cheese and usually 1 - 1/2 to 2 cups salad plus 1 - 2 tbsp.

dressing, some bacon bits and cheese

dinner: meat and either another salad or veggie usually green beans,

zucchini, yellow summer squash, sometimes a stir-fry of peppers and mushrooms

afternoon snack: 4 celery sticks (don't always have this)

I am really going to be watching the onions and tomatoes too. I was probably

having way to many of those. Should I cut out some veggies or retest on

Friday when I am off the antibiotic?
