I read in Atkins books that if you hit a plateau(sp?)

you should increase your fat and decrease your protein, as 58% of protein

behaves as carbs do. But on his website, in FAQ's, he says to cut out fat and

try a lean version? Has anyone had any experience doing either? I just got

done with my two week induction, and nothings happened in days. And that's

without adding more carbs.
