The dietitian at Mt. Sinai told me that Starkist low fat low salt is the

most reliable, but still need to check each time it's purchased.

Apparently, while the fish are at the dock, they often spray them with a

milk product to keep them fresher before being processed. Theoretically

any that have been sprayed are labeled, and it may vary within a

specific brand from time to time. They recommended looking for the

Kosher symbol on this in addition to looking for milk in the

ingredients. I agree with the labeling. I wish " natural flavors " was

illegal. I automatically have to rule out anything with one of those

" catch all " phrases, and that leaves out a lot of things that might be

OK.
