Guest guest
Hi all, we had Caton's endoscopy and colonoscopy done today. I was shocked at how smoothly everything went, and very quickly, too. Dr. said that the esophogus and stomach looked fine, but his colon was covered with little " spots. " She likened it to swollen glands or lymph nodes in his colon. She even have me a color picture of it, and you can definitely see the spots in the picture. Has anyone's kids had these " spots " in the colon, and if so, what did it mean? She took tissue samples from everywhere, and hopes to know more from the labwork we get back next week. She was pretty vague as to the meaning of them, the cause, what to do next, etc. Hopefully we'll have more definative answers next week. But for now, does anyone know what these spots could possibly be or what they might mean? Thanks -
