Guest guest
Many cans of tuna also have casein in them. Look to see if there is a Kosher symbol on them. Usually a U with a circle around it or a K with a circle around it. If there is a letter " D " next to it, it means that it may contain traces of dairy. The casein is sometimes listed on the label. This is true for cans of salmon, too. Check the labels. A good site on label reading is http://zingsolutions.com/food/hidden.htm . The information on this site is taken from a article in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
